1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Meerna Shah website and your purchase of original paintings, prints, and interior design consultancy services from us. By placing an order or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms.

2. Original Artwork

Every painting and print sold on this site is an original work by Meerna Shah. We do not resell or represent artwork from other artists. Where a piece is a limited-edition print, the edition size will be noted on the product page.

3. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency at checkout. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Bespoke Commissions

Commissioned paintings are produced personally by Meerna Shah. Commission timelines, deposits, and revision terms will be agreed with you directly before work begins and are non-transferable once started.

5. Design Consultations

Interior design consultancy sessions (on-site or virtual) are booked separately from art purchases. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

6. Shipping & Returns

Framed and unframed works are packaged with care and shipped via our nominated couriers. Please inspect your artwork on arrival; report any transit damage within 48 hours. Because each piece is an original, custom-framed, or made-to-order item, sales are final except in cases of damage or a verified error on our part.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the copyright of Meerna Shah. Purchasing a piece transfers ownership of the physical work only, not reproduction rights, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
